The ShieldUI Rating Apache Wicket component offers streamlined setup and deployment of our libraries.

Since it is a wrapper of our javascript Rating component, you need to include the references to the CSS and JavaScript resources in the HEAD section of your webpage:

    <div wicket:id="rating"></div>
</body>
</html>

Then init the rating and add it to your wicket page like in the following example:

Rating rating = new Rating("rating");
RatingOptions options = rating.getOptions();

options.setStep((double)1);
options.setValue((double)3);
options.setMarkPreset(false);

add(rating);
