JAVA Apache Wicket Slider Setup

The ShieldUI Slider Apache Wicket component offers streamlined setup and deployment of our libraries.

Since it is a wrapper of our javascript Slider component, you need to include the references to the CSS and JavaScript resources in the HEAD section of your webpage:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Shield Slider</title>
<meta charset="utf-8" />

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/light/all.min.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.10.2.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/shieldui-all.min.js"></script>

</head>
<body>
    <input wicket:id="slider" />
</body>
</html>

Then init the slider and add it to your wicket page like in the following example:

Slider slider = new Slider("slider");
SliderOptions options = slider.getOptions();

options.setMin((double)0);
options.setMax((double)10);
options.setStep((double)1);
options.setButtons(true);

add(slider);
